Deliver excellent customer service, at all times and directing/training more junior members of staff during service .
Helping to manage the busy restaurant floor, with an awareness of pressure on kitchen and therefore having the ability to control food orders whilst ensuring customers on arrival are aware of any possible delays.
Have constant awareness during each shift of the stage all tables are at.
Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals
Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
Deal with deliveries and report any loss or damages to the manager
Serve and present beverages, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
Assist in keeping the bar, front-
Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range
